3 Sales personnel translate and organize your order information in Chinese and print your order in paper

4 Purchasing managers buy the fabric sample according to your order(fabric sample always need two or three days reach to our factory,if some custom fabric are not in stock, it will need more time)

5 Pattern designers design and print your pattern in paper according to your order after they got the fabric sample

6 Pattern makers will cut the fabric sample based on the pattern on the paper for your order.

7 Take the cut-parts of your order to techniques factories (such as printing factory,embroidery factory, embossing factory,metal factory,rubber factory,acid wash factory etc.) for printing,embroidery,embossing,acid wash, silicone printing etc.

8 Sale personnel Confirm the size and effect for the techniques with you by pictures or videos,if it is good,we will continue the next step,if it is not good,we will make the techniques again.

9 Pattern makers Sew all cut-parts to be a complete clothes then do different wash you like,later Sales personnel show pictures or videos to you again for confirmation,approval or not approval.if approval,we will continue the next step,if not approval,we will remake your sample again.

10 Pack and ship the sample to you,it means your sample order is finished.You can test and confirm the quality of your sample,suggestions or modification or accept and like the sample we made when you get the samples.

11 If you are ready for the bulk order, we can confirm the bulk price to you,we ask to pay half deposit for the bulk order, after we confirm every detail for the bulk production,we will begin the bulk production, the process is almost same to the sample’s process,we often need 17-25 days for bulk production.

12 When we finished the bulk order, after the quality control department checked everything,we will show pictures or video to you for confirmation,we will pack them in polybags and pack them in carton boxes finally,we can supply different shipping methods for you and quote the price to you, after you paid the balance and shipping cost, we will arrange the shipment for you.
